Our story

A family wash company, based in Reynoldsburg.

Pinnacle Wash is Marcus and Emily's company — family-owned, family-run, and based right here in Reynoldsburg. Marcus runs the soft-wash rig. Emily handles the schedule, the walk-arounds, and the phone. When you call, text, or fill out the form, the same two people see it and the same two people show up.

The pitch is simple: soft wash done right, by the family that drives past your house every week. No rotating sub-crews. No "we'll send someone." If something needs fixing, the same number reaches the same family.

What we believe.

Soft wash is the right answer for almost every exterior surface. Pressure washing is a 1990s answer to a 2020s job. We run both — but if we recommend pressure, it's because the surface genuinely needs it.

Honesty over upsell. If your siding doesn't need washing yet, we'll tell you. If a board on your deck is rotted, we'll photograph it and say so. Our reputation in this neighborhood is the only marketing budget that actually works.

Family-done, not franchise-done. The four of us care more about the house we just washed than any franchise crew ever will. That shows up in the walk-around, the photos we send, and the call back if something's not right.
