Pre-appointment preparation
Prior to us arriving for work to be done on or around your home please make sure anything and everything is moved so we have an accident-free work environment.
Cancellation Guidelines
If you wish to cancel a quote or job. Please let us know 24 hours ahead of time. If you have a deposit and cancel within the 24 hour time-frame a 15% cancellation fee will be taken from the deposit.
Payment Terms
We accept, cash, checks, debit/credit cards. Once a job is done and you are 100% satisfied. We will send you an invoice via email or SMS. All payments are due upon invoice.
